Matt and Elie have been married for two years, both of which have been spent living in lovely Minnesota. They decided it would be fun to live all over for their third. This blog will follow them through New Zealand, Thailand, and Central America.
About Us
Married for two years, Elie and Matt decided it was the perfect time to travel. They'll spend the next nine months in a variety of places around the world. With a desire to learn more about how to live simply and sustainably, they'll volunteer their efforts on organic farms in each country, with the added benefits of local knowledge (and room and board). The itinerary includes New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Costa Rica and Guatemala, with room for changes. Watch them grow here.Matt’s Writing
